For starters, it is possible but, it is always better to keep them in separate enclosures. There are many issues that can arise from keeping them together. 1st - what are your temperatures set at? The gradient should be around 75-85 Fahrenheit. How is ur humidity? You should have a roundabout 75% or higher humidity most of the time. After his first regurge, how long did you wait to re-feed? You want to get 2-3 weeks in between a regurge. Is there any other symptoms noticeable? Crust around the eyes, crud in the nasal passage, wheezing, ect Depending on other symptoms, you may want to take him to a vet ASAP to prevent escalating an issue.

Regurgitation syndrome is common in wild collected animals. Once it starts, there's really no cure. I'd follow the protocol for regurges and wait at least 3 weeks to feed, then offer something very, very small and easy to digest like pink somethings. If he keeps it down, wait another 3 weeks and offer something slightly bigger. If you see puke, chances are good you're looking at ERS and there's nothing you can do to save him. Here's one link thanks to Google, I'm sure there are others: http://www.emeraldtreeboa.org/daemons/ERS.htm

What are your temps and humity like. I have personally bred emerald tree boas and they need hight humity all the time and a hot spot to bask, even though they might not use it I still give them one so they have that option. My hot spot is 92 and the rest of the cage is 80-84 and drops at night no lower then 75. Try deworming them this may help, also try to not handle them, this species is not made for handleing it is a snake that is ment to look at. Stress can make them regurge, so you have to do everything to make their life stress free.

one other basic question: is there any chance of any sort of chemicals or something in the new cage that might be making him sick? also, was there ever any other reptile in the cage, and if so was it properly disinfected? and how long have you had them? I'd contact the breeder asap too, if it's only been a very short time.
