She will calm down with age and HANDLING,remember she cannot harm you as bad as you think she would. Try putting your hand in her cage, and scooting her in your palm that way if you do freak out and try to fling her,it won't be into a wall/floor. The more afraid you are of getting bit,the more she'll walk all over you...just like a true woman!! ;)

feed her and keep handling regular but infrequent. baby leopard geckos are kinda nutty in general. as she grows she'll mellow out a ton, becoming truly laid back by the time she's a full adult. pick her up and try to keep your hands open, letting her walk on top of them rather than really holding her in place. I know she'll be fast at first but keep your hands open! hold her over her cage so if and when she does manage to run off your hands she'll just fall a short distance. again, keep your hands open and try not to grab and squeeze her - predators grab and squeeze, and you're the size of godzilla to her, so keep that in mind when you try to pick her up. ;)
and don't worry about being bitten. it doesn't hurt to get bit by babies, or even juveniles. big adults can draw blood but you've got nothing to worry about with your little one. it'll probably be better if you just let yourself get bit once - you'll stop worrying about it!

If you want to get her used to you being in her tank/around her, take a little time out of your day and put your hand palm up against the bottom of her enclosure. She'll come around and sniff you, assess that you arent going to moosh or eat her, and get used to your presence. Leo bites, especially baby leo bites, dont even hurt at all. I have a very opinionated young leopard who loves to squawk and gape at me, as well as bite me, but slowly she's calming down and getting used to me :) My male leopard was REALLY wild when I first got him, but gentle handling every day has him very mellow.
Just working with your gecko every day will eventually calm her down :) Good things come to those who wait!

Thank you soooo much! I will try to attempt all of these methods, and get back to you here, or at a new blog entry.

+1 Jen, just be gentle but consistent and she should come around in due time.
