What am I? (corn snake looking guy...)

What am I?
A woman called my work stating she found a ball python. I rushed over thinking I was getting a new baby and arrived to this guy lol
He looks a lot like a corn snake to me but could also be an eastern milk snake. I just need to know if I should let this little guy go or not. I'd hate to release him thinking he's an indigenous eastern milk snake when he's actually a corn snake.

Looks like a corn snake to me..like a anery, but the face/head shape is slightly different looking. Maybe cause it's a wild one..I don't know.

I already said in a message but for Answers sake, he's an Eastern Milk. :) The head shape and eyes are the main clues that he isn't a corn. He's cute!

I decided to keep the little bugger regardless. He's very friendly and appears to like his tub already. I'm getting pretty much half and half answers for each, so why risk it? Oh well, his name is Barry (he was found in a strawberry garden lol).

The first thing I did was look up both, and there are pictures on both ends that are very similar if not identical to him. I don't really care what he is at this point, I just hope he eats for me and comes back semi clean from his fecal test...
