Q: Boa stuck in a printer

In Relation To:

Boa

Apparently my, somewhat of a baby boa has gotton itself into a printer. (the HP officejet J6480 all-in-one if that helps). I'm not sure how long its been in there, and have no idea on how to get it out. Its in towards the back of the section where the paper is stored.

The printer is shut down, so nothing should electricute it or anything like that. I can't tell what position its in, but its waaayy back there. As i'm typing it has gotten to the point where i can only see part of the tail. I'm sure it will eventually come out, it was when my mom found it, but then her scream scared it back in.

I really don't know what to do, the safest thing to do is wait for it to come out, because it doesn't have much place to go. We have to leave for a couple hours or so, hopefully it will be out by then. Does anyone have any ideas on what i should do?

Put the printer in a realy big box with a heat pad , water  and a hide on the opposit side from  the printer   maybe  try  a fuzzy in a deep bowl  the boa will come out for heat or food

Unscrew the printer, one of my BPs did this once I took the printer apart and put it back together and it still works.  The side panel should be able to be unscrewed.

He got out! for some reason theres a slit in the back, and so when i lifted it up to see were i could un-screw it, he just kind of plopped out. skinny as i ever saw him, and as snappy as ever, but at least he's safe. Thanks everyone!
