What is this?

So I have three little neo's like this. What is the white blob? Is it a prolapse, unabsorbed yolk, or something else? Is the health of these little guys at risk? Our temps are between 88 and 91 degree's on the hot spot.

Just looks like unabsorbed yolk to me! I'd keep them in warm tubs with moist paper towels till they soak the rest up. Congrats!

Yes, looks to be quite a bit of unabsorbed yolk... I'd keep them all moist - mist daily - until after the first shed - but these in particular until it detaches on its own.
Do the ones like this appear smaller than the others?

Yeah they're a bit on the smaller side compared to the others...I didn't weigh them because I didn't want to risk tearing the umbilical cord. But just by looking at them they appear a bit smaller but they act normal and look fine so far. One of them looks like the umbilical cord is drying up and starting to detach. So we will see. The other two have a pretty rich, healthy looking cord, and the above pic is one of them.

I agree that looks like unabsorbed yolk, what I would do is mist the paper towel cause you don't want the yolk get attached to the paper towel and ripping. Best of luck!

It's looks to me like something Tom Cruise would want to eat as part of his fake religion.

It's not fake. It's made up.
