People are going to need more information to help you out here. How old or how big is King? You want to stay off of rodents for as long as you can if it's a baby.

And if its not a baby, you want to make sure what you're trying to feed King isn't too big for him. Are you making sure that the mouse is not bigger than the width of the space between King's eyes? Are you trying to feed live, f/k or f/t? If your monitor has not eaten in some time, I would try a little bit of canned cat food (very little) just to tempt his taste buds. Don't rule out a vet visit, though. First and foremost is the critter's health.  Like Jeffriey said, we need more info in order to give good advice, but these are just my two cents worth.
