Well the lower the price the faster and easier it is to find a home, if money isn't an issue.  Finding a good keeper comes down to simply talking to the interested person.  Ask questions, have them tell you the husbandry practices, and you can always fill in the information they don't have.  Being sure that the new keeper will be taking proper care of Anubis 3 years+ down the road is the tricky part.

Heck you could even see about offering take him to a local show since you have until May, if you know anyone who will have a table.

I personally never take cages when I get animals. But looking on an ad site for a similar setups and seeing what they cost will give you a figure rather then putting OBO (or Best offer).
Puruse the ads on those sites as a lot of them have Wanted Ads. Especially with christmas around the corner you could find someone looking for an addition to their collection.
