You definitely need to provide much more info. Two things come to mind:
1) VETERINARIAN: Only a veterinarian should make a diagnosis - very few vets will do that on line so most of us should not be making a diagnosis as well.
2) DIET: 30 mealworms a week? If I were a leopard gecko, I'd be pretty sick too. I would drastically cut down the mealworms or completely eliminate them from the lizard's diet. Instead, go with a 50/50 ratio of crickets and superworms (a much more easily digested mealworm-like larvae). You can also supplement wax worms, etc. Additionally, make sure you provide a shallow dish of calcium powder with D3....prevents impactions particularly if you use sand as a substrate.
Hope that helps.

Can you tell us how large the enclosure is that you have him and his cagemate in? Leopard geckos need an individual space at a minimum of a 12 x12" or they will be too crowded. Also, please describe your floor temperatures on the warm side of the enclosure as well as what substrate you are using. Many times when geckos are housed together, the older, larger, or more dominant one can bully the younger/smaller/weaker one which can cause enough stress to make them stop eating. I recommend seperating them ASAP. Also, you can keep a bowl of mealworms down for them at all times, but offer supplement-dusted crickets as well. This can help stimulate their hunting and feeding response. The photo of your gecko looks like he's too small to feed full-sized superworms, but somethimes you can fin small/medium sized ones.

The problem with 10 gallon tanks, and most plastic tubs in racks is that it's difficult to provide an adequate thermal gradient. I would recommend a larger tank like a 20 gallon long (a 40 gallon breeder would be the ultimate), separate the geckos and tweek your temperatures so that you have a daytime variant of 75 on the cool side (with a hide that provides a high ambient humidity) and a warmer area that reaches the mid to upper 80's on the warm end - but just a small, localized area. Night temps can drop to 65-75 which provides a more natural day/night fluctuation for this particular species. I have kept a handful of leopard geckos that lives for 20-25 years and bred many times. I use thermostatically controlled pearlco heating elements (Spyder Robotics for day/night fluctuations) and a full spectrum fluorescent, small top opening food storage containers with spaghnum moss for high humidity shelters and egg chambers, driftwood for climbing and secure rock piles for hiding....natural sand as a substrate. You can have a lot of fun setting your gecko up in a natural set up and your gecko will be much happier.
