Jeweled lacerta leg swelling

I have a jewled lacerta with two very swollen legs I have metranitazol 500 mg tablets from another one of my lizards. I'm fairly certain his legs being swollen is a n infection would that antibiotic help him. His legs have been swollen for a little while still eats very wella and moves around a lot just has a lot of trouble doing so

First things that come to mind with multiple swollen legs are MBD and gout. Pictures would certainly be useful.

I don't think you can upload images right in this thread. You could upload them to an image hosting site and then link them here. Alternately, you could add an image to Ozzy's gallery, which does allow uploads.
