Are Colombian boas considered BCC or BCI? I've seen them considered as both online. Just curious.

Colombian boas are Boa constrictor imperator. While Boa constrictor constrictor, correctly called the red-tailed boa, is found in Colombia's Amazonía region, BCI is found throughout the rest of the country and is the animal which should be called Colombian in captivity.

Sorry, Mike...

The Columbian Boas (aka Common Northern Boas) that are seen in the pet trade are Bci. The Boa morphs you see in the trade are Bci. (unless someone has crossed in a Bcc; which is most often frowned upon)

Technically there are Columbian Bcc, but they are so rare that you will likely never come across any. The Bcc that are most often seen in the pet trade originated from Guyana, Suriname.
