I would guess mexican, like you. It seems that the bands are closer together on the pueblan.

Definitely not a pueblan.  Mexican or even Nelson's seem like possibilities, but I can't tell from the picture.  If you post one with higher resolution, I or someone else can probably ID it more accurately.

This is Canada. I don't even have a Sinaloan . Can't rule out that guess though Julie. The fact the pet shop wasn't very knowledgable about the age or species says they brought it in from a distributor or as a trade in. As Brad suggested post some better photos and if possible go back to see if the pet shop owners can tell you the origin of the snake. You might be able to narrow it down from that for a possitive ID. Did you purchase this in one of the shops in Oromocto or Fredericton?

It could be a costa rican also....

Nelson's or Sinaloan, maybe  a cross between the 2. Not a Pueblan.

i bought the snake in Moncton.. they didnt even know how old it was...like what kind of establishment is that? as for me just getting into snakes recently, i noticed it wasnt a pueblan right off the bat. as soon as i got him home... i looked on the internet and he looks nothing like a pueblan... but more like a mexican, pretty sad when i know more than they do lol by the way, i dont reccommend that anyone goes to Fredericton Pets Unlimited, as i bought 2 snakes from them and both of them had problems, one had mouth rot, and the other was infested with mites...

Unless the Fredricton store took the snake in locally from someone it looks like you have yourself an 08 Sinaloan.

Yes you're right but I didn't want to admit that you were bang on the money first shot about the Sinaloan x Nelsons cross just yet .

It's called a mutt milk.  I was going to say what gfx said.....way too many bands for Sinaloan.  Too few bands and not dark enough for Coasta Rican.  Definitely a mix of sorts.
