I tried to look for this new thread but to no avail.
I doubt it is a calcium deposit- because I see no reason for it to exist- snakes do well on rodents and are not supposed to have any issues with getting rid of excess calcium as long as they do not receive any sort of supplments.
I have seen many such cases occur- but it's usually due to an infection/cyst. Who diagnosed the snake? If a vet didn't check the snake out, than you should schedule an appointment.

It sounds like a scar from rubbing. I see a lot of boas with bumps and lumps on their noses from rubbing. They rub their noses for a variety of reasons, temps are wrong, they are hungry, to much activity and they don't have adequate hides, stress from moving them and so on. Try and correct any issues with cage temps etc. and just treat it like you would any injury, watch for infection, keep it clean and don't mess with it.
