I add string beans, collard greens, summer squash, and some yams for veggies. They also get blueberries as a special treat.

Mustard greens are a great readily available staple.  I also throw in endive, collard greens, dandelion greens (make sure no herbicides or chemical fertilizers have been used in/near your yard) and grated yellow squash regularly.  I try to get organic whenever possible.  Raspberries as treats are always a hit.  The link kuroangales recommended is the best breakdown of beardie nutrition I've EVER seen.  Bookmark it, because you will likely refer to it again and again.

Collard greens, mustard greens, butternut squash, apples and berries. I do use pelllets and freeze dried bugs as a staple though. 

We mainly feed our guys a mix of mustard and turnip greens with yellow squash dusted with Repti-Cal. Cilantro and Raddiccio are nice treats and they love Kale, but we do not feed these too often.

Collard greens, Mustard greens, a little bit of Kale every now and again, Dandelions from the yard, and, depending on availability in your area, Turnip greens, Endive/Escarole, and store-bought Dandelion greens are all great for the greens portion. For veggies, green beans, snap peas, squash, and, if you can get it locally (and if your beardie will eat it--mine won't, but my tortoises go nuts for it), cactus pad (also called nopales). Cactus pear makes a good treat every now and then, too, again if you can get it.
