My leos do this to. I read it was okay and it did provide a bit of calcium.

Most lizards do eat their skin as a way to get obtain calcium. Let them eat it! Its good for them and also its free! haha Very nice beardy btw!

It's no problem.  My Leos always do it.  When they are paired up I even find them eating each others sheds...right off of each other.  It's normal.

Its perfectly normal for lizards to eat there shed skin.
